I’ve been making the Wellington Harbourside Market a regular part of my Sundays for about a month now, and it’s become my go-to spot for fresh produce and local treats. I usually grab my favorites like broccoli, cucumbers, apples, and oranges. But recently I found a new favorite fruit, red kiwis, which are amazing and taste like a mix of pineapple and raspberries.

The first week, I got a jar of manuka honey. I use it almost every day and still have a lot left. I have found my go-to sourdough loaf, which lasts me about two weeks.

I’ve also made it a goal to try a new vendor or stall every week. It’s been fun discovering new things, sometimes good, sometimes not so good. It keeps every Sunday exciting and gives me something to look forward to each week. So far, I've tried a doughnut, a crepe, a fresh-pressed juice, a handheld pizza, and a yummy sourdough triple-chocolate chip cookie.

Walking along the waterfront while exploring the stalls makes the whole experience really enjoyable. The market has a relaxed, friendly vibe with live music and people just enjoying the morning. It’s quickly become one of my favorite Wellington Sunday routines.
